This website-hosted user interface (this “Interface”) serves as a portal to Solflip, a gaming platform developed on the Solana blockchain. Solflip and its associated functionalities, including the token wagering game and wallet services, operate through decentralized, community-driven smart contracts (collectively, the “Solflip Protocol”). The Interface is open-source, and the Solflip Protocol is made accessible by Solflip’s managing entity but is governed by permissionless smart contracts. As such, various third-party web and mobile interfaces may facilitate interaction with the Solflip Protocol.

The managing entity of Solflip does not control or assume responsibility for the Solflip Protocol, transactions conducted therein, or any interactions facilitated by related smart contracts. By using this Interface or engaging with the Solflip Protocol, you acknowledge that the developers and entities involved in its creation, deployment, or maintenance shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your use, inability to use, or interactions within, this Interface or the Solflip Protocol. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, loss of profits, digital assets, tokens, or any other losses of value.

The Solflip Protocol is not accessible to residents of countries where gambling, online betting, or blockchain-based gaming is prohibited or in any jurisdiction where participation in such activities is illegal (the “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).

By accessing or using this Interface and the Solflip Protocol, you declare that you are not located in, nor a citizen or resident of, the Prohibited Jurisdictions.
